The monthly check-in
Everyone follows the same monthly reporting schedule — no choosing between monthly and quarterly. The first monthly report covers November 1–30, sent in early December. Just five questions:

- 5One optional win you'd like to celebrate
We'll prefill your contact information and service where possible. You can update your service if it has changed — one service per report. The longer marketing-activity and reflection questions stay in this initial snapshot rather than repeating each month. Quarterly results are calculated from the monthly reports — you won't be asked to enter those same numbers again.
